Information You Submit
When you use a search form, the name, telephone number, or address you enter goes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them only to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs, which may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the site and see which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable technology may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
We use the data described above to operate the site, fix problems, measure traffic, and improve pages. We do not sell a list of our visitors. We do not build profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Battle Ground, Clark County, or Washington government portals, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted on a linked site is controlled by that operator's privacy policy, not this one. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results, which an outside company provides.
Who May Receive Information
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Information
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Because the site has no user accounts, it holds no account password or personal profile for you.
Visitors Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
